Brian Propp

Retired player.

Fan letter sent: September 4,  2012.

Autographs received: September 12, 2012.

Brain Propp played 15 seasons in the NHL. His first 11 years were spent with the Philadelphia Flyers. Propp went on to play for the Boston Bruins, Minnesota North Stars and Hartford Whalers. He was practically a point-per-game player, having scored 1003 points (425 G, 578 A) in 1016 games.

Propp autographed four of my cards in black Sharpie marker. He kept my fifth card--a 1987-88 O-Pee-Chee Leaders "mini." I don't mind him keeping the card; I just find it odd that he kept that one, as it isn't a particularly rare card to find. (It is probably a bit harder to find than these four, though).

This is the second time I have had success in writing to Propp. The first time, back in 2007, I was 5/5.

In addition to signing my four cards, Propp threw in two signed 4"x6" photos.
